How long does delivery take?
As standard, all orders have a 7-10 day delivery time.
Select products may be available for faster delivery in just 1-2 days, please contact us to obtain exact lead time. If you would like a lead time for your prospective order, please email us and we will be able to advise you.
Delivery of all sim rigs is via pallet due to the volume/weight; we use trusted and reliable pallet delivery companies with whom we have a track record of successful deliveries.RSeat UK manages deliver to United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Payment Information for Orders
RSeat UK uses PayPal for purchases, and if you are eligible you may benefit from PayPal's 'Pay in 3' which allows you to divide your order into 3 payments.
Please note, as per our terms and conditions, we levy a 3% cancellation fee should you choose to cancel your order.
This is because PayPal does not refund the fees on commercial transaction, thus if you place an order and you decide to cancel, we must deduct 3% off your order value otherwise we will lose these monies.
If this is not agreeable, we can arrange for an alternative payment provider. Please contact us if you have any queries.

How do I get delivery updates?
We recommend you provide your mobile number at checkout, so we may share it with the delivery companies in accordance with our terms and conditions. By doing so, the delivery company is able to text you delivery updates, and the delivery drivers may choose to ring you prior to delivery/if they need to call you about your delivery. Where applicable, you will also get email updates. Not all couriers offer these services, so if you are unsure, please contact us in advance to confirm.
How much does International Delivery cost?
RSeat UK serves the United Kingdom and Ireland - we deliver to the England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Jersey & Guernsey only.
For customers from Republic of Ireland, Brexit (the United Kingdom's departure from the EU) means that your order will be classified as export, and as such VAT will be removed (zero rated) from your order total. Consequently, you will be liable for any customs duties, fees and import charges (if applicable).
